The American Law Institute voted to approve the Restatement of the Law Third, Torts: Medical Malpractice, co-led by Professor Nora Freeman Engstrom, bringing to a close five years of work focused on identifying and clearly stating the law of medical malpractice in the U.S.

Professor William B. Gould IV, former head of the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), discusses the Mercedes-Benz union vote in Alabama and what he sees as the potential for a more active and a stronger union movement in the U.S.

Building Community with Musical

SLS students hit a high note with the performance of their original murder mystery musical at Dinkelspiel Auditorium. “Thinking on your feet, managing stage fright, and commanding an audience are all skills that can be extremely helpful as an attorney,” noted head director Larkin Levine.
