ALI Appointments

The American Law Institute has named two SLS faculty members as reporters—Professor David Freeman Engstrom, who will lead the Principles of the Law, High-Volume Civil Adjudication, and Professor Pamela Karlan, who will co-lead the Restatement of the Law, Constitutional Torts project.
