SCOTUS Nullifying Precedent

Professor Jeffrey L. Fisher's opinion essay in Politico, "The Other Way the Supreme Court Is Nullifying Precedent," looks at the Supreme Court’s recent overruling of Roe v. Wade and other foundational decisions that "makes clear that key precedents are no longer safe." 

Law Expands Healthcare Coverage

Professor Michelle Mello discusses the healthcare aspects of the newly-passed Inflation Reduction Act, which has been praised as the most significant healthcare legislation since the Affordable Care Act.
