Neukom Center for the Rule of Law

Stanford Law School announced the launch of the Sally B. and William H. Neukom Center for the Rule of Law, thanks to a significant gift from the Neukom family. The Center will conduct academic research and teaching, experiential learning and collaborations across Stanford and beyond.

Blinken Visits Campus

U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken visited Stanford University to engage with students, faculty and other community leaders. Blinken also attended a Stanford student recruitment event with Ambassador at Large Nate Fick, hosted by SLS Dean Jenny Martinez on behalf of the Cyber Policy Center.

Beyond the Indian Commerce Clause

Professor Gregory Ablavsky takes on academic disagreements surrounding Brackeen v. Haalandone of the most important constitutional disputes over Indian affairs to reach the Supreme Court in decades.

SCOTUS on Section 230

Professor Evelyn Douek discusses upcoming Supreme Court cases concerning the scope of platform liability for content on their services with Daphne Keller in the most recent episode of the podcast Moderated Content.
