Handguns and Suicide

New research led by Professor David Studdert and published in the New England Journal of Medicine this month concludes that access to handguns greatly increases the likelihood that a person will die of suicide.

The Journal of Law and the Biosciences, jointly owned by Stanford, Duke, and Harvard, has published a special issue with 25 essays and articles on governance in a time of pandemic, all of which are available at the Journal’s website free of charge.
