New Website Offers Pro Bono Tools

SLS Organizations and Transactions Clinic has launched a website that offers free access to hundreds of sample legal documents for attorneys who represent nonprofit organizations.

China Law Project Update

The China Guiding Cases Project (CGCP) hosted a seminar at SLS in July on U.S. Precedents and Chinese cases. The seminar was part of a training program on judicial responsibility systems organized for 22 distinguished delegates from the China Law Society.
