SCOTUS on the Travel Ban

Professor Jayashri Srikantiah explains this week's SCOTUS decision on President Trump's executive order banning travel to the United States from six Muslim-majority countries. Pending its review of the EO’s legality, the Court stayed part of the EO, while permitting other provisions of it to go into effect.

Summer Reading
